Blenheim Estate Data Sharing Agreement
PURPOSE OF THE AGREEMENT
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. By signing up to the Loop Smart Meter App from the Blenheim Estate Properties landing page (www.loop.homes/blenheim), you agree to take part in the local impact scheme where energy data (electricity and gas meter readings collected by the Loop platform) will be used at household and aggregated level for the purposes of providing insights into energy usage and recommendations on possible improvements.
Blenheim Estate Properties Limited
If you are a Blenheim Estate Properties Limited Tenant, you agree to allow Trust Power Limited (Trust Power) – the makers of the Loop smart meter app – to share your electricity and gas meter usage data collected by the Loop platform and insights derived from that energy usage with Blenheim Estate Properties Limited along with the full address from where the data was collected, for the purpose of understanding the energy performance of the property address.
The energy information shared will allow Blenheim Estate Properties Limited to provide a more personalised data analysis to tenants and, where viable, allow review and improvements to the energy efficiency and performance of the property.
By accepting the conditions of the agreement “the Tenant” allows:
- Trust Power to share energy consumption data and the property address with Blenheim Estate Properties Limited.
- Blenheim Estate Properties Limited to use non-personal data for further analysis of the overall energy consumption within the area.
- Blenheim Estate Properties Limited to use non-personal and aggregated energy data and insights in public marketing materials.
- Trust Power and Blenheim Estate Properties Limited to keep collected data for as necessary to fulfil the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
We do not collect any Special Categories of Personal Data about you (this includes details about your race or ethnicity, religious or philosophical beliefs, sex life, sexual orientation, political opinions, trade union membership, information about your health and genetic and biometric data). Nor do we collect any information about criminal convictions and offences or any details about names of people living in households.
