To allow us to add your historic energy usage data to your new Loop account please provide the details requested below.
- Email: this is the current email address that you are using for your new Loop account
- Legacy Loop email address: this is the email address used by the legacy Loop app or web account – may be the same or different to the email address you are using for the new Loop account.
- New Loop installation postcode: this is the postcode where you have installed your new Loop kit – the same postcode that you have submitted when setting your tariff in the new Loop app.
