TikTok Competition Terms and Conditions

These are the terms and conditions for Loop’s competition to win two Utilita Arena event tickets.

• To be in with a chance to win two tickets to an event of their choice at a Utilita Arena of their choice, participants must be following the Loop Optimise TikTok account, and they have liked and commented on the pinned competition video.
• Participants must have taken all these three actions during the competition time period – between 6th and 27th November 2025.
• Winners will receive a pair of tickets. There are two pairs of tickets up for grabs for this competition. 
• The competition starts on 6th November 2025 and ends on 27th November 2025. 
• The winner will be drawn at random from all eligible entries received during the applicable prize draw period. Each competition winner will be notified within a reasonable time after the applicable prize draw period ends or any subsequent draw. 
• A member of the Loop team will contact winners directly via direct message on TikTok.
• The prize is awarded conditionally upon Loop contacting the winner, confirming eligibility and acceptance by the winner. If we are unable to contact the winner after a reasonable period and/or we are unable to confirm eligibility or if any prize is unclaimed or declined within a reasonable period, the prize shall be deemed as unclaimed or unaccepted and a supplementary winner may be drawn at our sole discretion. We are not responsible for any inability of a prize winner to take up or otherwise received the specified prize.
• The tickets are for an event of the winner’s choice from a selection presented by Loop. They are for a Utilita Arena of the winners choice: Birmingham, Sheffield, Newcastle, Cardiff. 
• Once tickets have been agreed, they can’t be exchanged for another event or date. 
• Tickets include entry only – any required travel or accommodation must be arranged separately. 
• Unless specified, any food and drink is not included and must be purchased. 
• Tickets are issued for the winners use only and cannot be sold to any third party. 
• Loop reserves the right to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the competition at any time. 
• Any attempt to manipulate or abuse the competition, including but not limited to the use of automated systems, bots, or any other means that subvert the fair and intended operation of the prize draw, will result in disqualification from the competition.
• You must complete your entry during the applicable prize draw period. Any entries submitted outside of the applicable prize draw period will not be accepted or included in the prize draw for that competition.
• We accept no responsibility for incorrectly completed, lost or delayed entries, notices, acceptances, tickets or other documents related to the prize.
• We and our associated companies and agents are not responsible for any indirect, special or consequential losses you may suffer. Your statutory rights are not affected.
